Memberships:

For those who need a short term commitment, available to work with your schedule & budget. We offer 90 and 60 day options.

GOLD MEMBERSHIP:
40 Hours of service valid for 60 days
$1020, savings of $180

SILVER MEMBERSHIP:
30 Hours of service, valid for 60 days
$810, savings of $90

5 Hour Add-On Membership:
Add an additional 5 hours to either membership for $25/hour. Savings of $25

Build Your Own Membership:
For a custom build your own membership, book a free discovery call with us to work within your budget

*All unused hours are non-refundable and it is the client’s responsibility to book hours accordingly.

Cancellations:

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of scheduled services. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a $30 service fee will apply; if no notice is given, a service fee of $35 will apply.
We reserve the right to deny any service request we deem as unethical, illegal or inappropriate.

Purchases:

Our services do not include the cost of merchandise (i.e., groceries, supplies, etc.) or any outside vendor services. Purchases made on client’s behalf are to be paid in full by client before completion of services provided by Hold the Door - Business Concierge, unless otherwise arranged. We are not responsible for any charges or late fees incurred by the customer.

Client credit card is to be kept on file and will be used upon charges/fees unpaid, or accounts in arrears.

*Fees, merchandise payment and other charges associated with performing errands on the client's behalf are the responsibility of the client. All service fees are to be paid upon service completion. Services and service fees will be paid via cash or emt to: maggiemmarshall@hotmail.com

Damages:

Hold the Door - Business Concierge will not be liable for any third party damage
